What is a Book Value of a stock?
QUESTION

What is a Book Value of a stock?

ANSWER

The book value is the actual worth of a company and its stock. Book value may also be referred to as book value per share. This is figured by taking the total value of the company, minus liabilities and then divide it by the number of outstanding stock shares.
